TRRA is the voice of our communities when it comes to change in service delivery. Decision makers need to understand the value of our local voice as the true rmindicator of what changes are needed. And that’s where our regional strategic plan comes in. The process we went through compiling this document was substantial, with several community visits and input from people in each community. Our plan reinforces the real priorities of our communities, and the significance of communities’ voices in the way services are delivered and assessed on their performance.
It is important that decision makers hear and honour our voice when commissioning services for our communities, and that they engage as an equal partner with TRRA to implement our regional plan.
